Very helpful, just what I need right now!
On the presentation itself, my first tip would be getting rid of the white spaces on the left and right. Another point - a back button in addition to the next button. Though with the few pages it's not much of a problem I guess. I hope this is advanced enough critique, I'm far from being an expert...
